Gross income per person by salary

Gross income per person by salary provides information on the average annual gross income from salaries earned by people in the municipality. It should be noted that the calculation takes into account all people in the municipality (including children), which is why the amounts collected may seem low. In the municipal context, this data is useful for knowing -in broad terms- the economic capacity of the residents of the municipality and with it the degree of effort for subsistence, but it should be noted that the data refers to all people in the municipality, therefore it is important to combine the reading of this indicator with, for example, the 80/20 Ratio or the Gini Index to understand to what extent income is distributed more or less unequally.
