TRAINING PROGRAM
The [O]bservatory and Dipsalut offer training activities aimed mainly at people working in public health and social action. The aim is to facilitate their lifelong learning so that they can constantly update their knowledge and acquire new skills.

May 27 and 29 General objectives – Understand the basic concepts of statistics and their application to local data. – Know the main sources of public data available at the local level. – Learn to analyze and interpret local data for informed decision-making. Contents · Introduction to basic statistics: types of variables, measures of central tendency and dispersion. · Local data sources: municipal registers, statistics, open databases. · Data analysis: statistical graphs, interpretation of patterns and trends. · Interpretation of simple data: averages, maximums, minimums, reference values. Evaluation The course will be evaluated through attendance, and a practical test that must be submitted virtually before June 5. Accreditation Certificate of attendance with course completion
